Aucun accueil lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Les membres du service ont à peine levé les yeux alors que nous cherchions notre table, & le restaurant était pratiquement vide. Sur la terrasse, des cerises au marasquin dormaient sur le bar extérieur, attirant une centaine de guêpes, tous les employés ont passé des commentaires sur la situation mais rien a été fait, vraiment embêtant pour les clients d'une aussi belle sur la terrasse. La nourriture était fade, le menu n'est pas élaboré, heureusement que les drinks y sont bons. On aurait dit que le lieu n'avait pas vu le.la gérant.e depuis longtemps tant il y avait du laisser aller.View more

Walked in, no greeter so walked to a table, was yelled at to wait by the door. Seated in dark hallway, ordered chicken fajitas for two. Watched kitchen staff retrieving a large bag of pre cooked pre sliced chicken from the back & go into the "kitchen". The cast iron serving platter was not hot, the peppers an onions raw nothing had any color from actual cooking save the chicken, that had the same "grill marks" as when it was in the pre packed bag. Only sides where white rice, black beans & premade guac, no salsa at all, & no lettuce, no tomatoes. The "restaurant" seemingly cooked nothing, just plated Sysco produced product. Rather unimpressive & far overpriced for what it is. Cook fresh food or close.View more

Second visit here, the food is still good but the service has dropped considerably. TLDR: food is good when prepared properly, service quality is poor being ignored nearly the entire time & receiving food nearly an hour after ordering while others ordered & ate despite arriving after us. Don't recommend for the service but food is good & the terrace is nice. Restaurant was at maybe half capacity when we arrived & were seated for 30mins before being asked for our order, an entree of taquitos dorados came after 15mins with 2/3 rolls full of nothing but plain mashed potatoes & the last stuffed with only chicken. Waited another 35mins for our main course of nachos & tacos, the carnitas tacos were great, gf's nachos were okay. Waitress was more occupied with visiting the table her friends were at then checking in on us, only came twice during our dinner, once to pick up the entree plate that had been empty for 15mins on the edge of the table & to ask if we wanted more drinks, then again when we had literally just received our main course not even having taken a bite to ask if everything was to taste. The tables with her friends & another with a family of 4 both arriving after we had already ordered & been waiting over 10mins, received & finished their meals before we received a thing. The waitress didn't check in to explain or apologize for the delays in the kitchen although she had the time to chit chat with her friends & other staff the vast majority of our stay. Willing to give the benefit of the doubt to the kitchen for the slow speed but the service & communication from the wait staff leaves much to desire.View more

We really enjoyed Guacamole y Tequila. We went there to take out dinner because our pet was with us enjoying a family vacation. One of the waitresses suggested we dine in with our pet. There is a beautiful open space at the back. We did so. I ordered enchiladas with salsa roja & my wife with salsa verde. This was the first time I ever tried enchiladas so can't compare to any others. But I liked them very much. I also tried the ones with salsa Verde & they were delicious too. The restaurant ambient & atmosphere were great. The staff deserve all the credit for a great dinner we had. Thank you all for being so cool.View more

Je sors très rarement & cette fois-ci j'ai décidé de me gâter un peu, & je me dois de faire un commentaire sur l'excellent service que j'ai reçu. C'est la serveuse Marianne qui m'a accueillie & accompagnée toute la soirée, elle a pu être à l'écoute de mes préoccupations quant au menu & répondre à mes questions. J'ai bien apprécié son sens de l'humour & surtout sa promptitude à me demander si tout se passait bien. Je recommande fortement l'endroit à toutes personnes qui visitent Magog en été, elle a su me suggérer plusieurs endroits également. Encore wow !View more

Ambiance chaleureuse & colorée avec de la musique festive mais subtile. Nous avons profité de la clim tout en nous installons à une table sur la rue, mais la terrasse arrière était bien tentante! Nous avons pris un Paloma & une limonade avec de la guacomole à la mangue, un taco-bol & des tacos "tofu el pastor". Tout est fait frais, fait maison & les assaisonnements sont parfaits. Le tofu était tout simplement des cubes assaisonnés, mais j'ai apprécié l'effort de m'offrir un choix végétarien de ce plat habituellement au porc. Le reste était sublime.View more
