Trop long avant de recevoir notre plat. Beaucoup trop long ! En regardant les commentaires sur votre restaurant, je vois que ce commentaire revient souvent. Allez-vous vous réveiller !!!!!

Le repas est bon, mais c’est interminable !
Nous avons du attendre 1 hr entre l’entré & les repas, & certain de notre groupe avons du attendre encore plus pour recevoir leur plat ! Service décevant !

Nous avons reçu notre nourriture mais le vin après , personne n'est venu nous proposer un dessert , vous perdez des ventes , & cela est moins agréable!!! Merci

Bien que le restaurant était vide en fin de soirée nous sommes restés avec nos assiettes finis sans être déservi.
On a dû appeler la serveuse pour lui demamder de retirer nos plats.

Il y avait des petits os de poulet dans le dernier enchiladas.
De plus il était apprécié auparavant d'avoir des croustilles avec votre salsa mais ce n'est plus le cas

We arrived at 18:00 on sunday September 24th, 2023 at this restaurant & two employees looked at us & took a while to be acknowledged.

Finally seated down, we were given a pitcher of water & no glass. Took 20 min to have at least an employee to come ask what we would drink & another 10 minute (required us to ask) for glasses for the water.

At 19:17, we have ordered but yet received any type of food. The food was good.

Talking again about the water, no refills on the water at anytime following the initial water pitcher.

Service given by these employees is to be revised by management & training should be given on how to great a customer when the employees initially see them. Example: "Hi, we will be with you in a moment" if the employee cant be with the customer right away.

Example 2: When passing & finishing with another customer, the employees should be asking the neighboring table if anything is requires or missing etc.

Wonder what takes place in this establishement (any managers or employees roam free for all)?

FYI, we had to request water glasses for the water pitcher, we had to ask for utensiles etc.

Management needs to revise this operation from top to bottom - urgently !
