the food was absolutely amazing here i totally recommend the Taco pollo because the quality of the chicken is fantastic. if you are interested in getting a drink get the pina collada it was the best i have ever had
the service was fantastic they were very welcoming patient & very pro at there job
the atmosphere is great the art on the walls is beautiful as well as the the roped ceiling design with good lighting

I came for the all you can eat special & the food was really good. The restaurant was completely filled so it did take a bit of time, but the vibe & drinks were great. There was also a live DJ!

Guaca & Molé was a fantastic Mexican dining experience on the West Island. The food was absolutely delicious-flavorful, perfectly spiced, & the portions were generous, which we really appreciated. The prices are very reasonable, & the drinks were very enjoyable. 🍹
We were a large group, & every single person loved their meal-clean plates all around! We had a variety of dishes including beef, chicken, & shrimp fajitas (the shrimp was especially amazing), enchiladas, quesadillas, & fish tacos. Everything was fantastic. 🌮
Highly recommend this restaurant-we'll definitely be back!! 🇲🇽

Wether this restaurant is busy or not, you will have to wait the longest time to have your order taken, your drinks served, your meals served, & desserts. The only time it is fast, it's when you ask for the bill. Although the food is fantastic, great portions & very well priced, it gets ruined every time by the service. It is something that we are not willing to sacrifice anymore (we have been going for years to this restaurant because of the food) as it ruins the whole eating out experience. Excuse of having limited staff can't even be said as you see the staff chit chatting among them instead of taking your order, bringing drinks, etc…

Excellent Mexican restaurant in the West Island. We have been going for years & have never been disappointed. The enchiladas are fantastic & the drinks are delicious. Definitely recommend.

It was the first time for all if us except my husband & we loved it !
The only negative thing i have to say is that bith me & my best friend can not eat spicy & we asked if the paella was spucy & we were told no !
We were mot able to eat it & yes i understand for some people that might not be spicy & we were after all in a mexican restaurant so no worries we still had a great time & probably will be back again 🤩the waitress was wonderfull, the drinks amazing & the starters wow 🥰i would definitely recomend it to all my friends 😊

Great soups & salads. Relaxing atmosphere at lunch & a fun vibe in the evening. Decor & music fitting of latinamérica. Service has always been quick on my visits, even with larger groups. Now if you are a Latino & are expecting a Mexican style taco similar to what you tried in Mexico City choose something else as they are not the same style. The tacos you find here are more of a Tex-Mex taco. If you want something more authentic to Mexico, try the enchiladas. On my latest visit I tried the lamb burrito which is also Tex-Mex. It was accompanied by beans & a salad which were both very satisfying, The burritos are cut in two & so you can always easily bring one half home. They would also make a decent order to-go meal. For the drink I recommend the Mai Tai. Now if you want something sweet to eat at the end of your meal try some churros with hot chocolate. Give them a try, especially if you've never had any. They are originally from Spain but are also very popular desserts in the former Spanish colonies such as Mexico, Peru & Panama.

Depuis des années que nous cherchions un bon Restaurant Mexicain dans le West Island. Ho My god, Why didn't we got to Guaca & Mole before.... Finally we found our Mexicain restaurante Food is great, Drinks are good, impeccable service. Essayez la soupa de tortilla, le poulet Mole Poblano excellents. Le service hors pair, toutes les serveuses (sans exception) nous ont offert un excellent service, avec des beaux sourirs. Bémol: vue de la hauteur des plafonds & aucune décoration pour l'absortion du bruit, si le resto est bondé de gens, ca doit etre bruyant Restaurant très recommendé.

We had a terrific dinner! Nachos were huge, drinks were delicious!
The ceviche was fresh & full of seafood. The tuna tacos with jicama were pretty & tasty!
The Mexican birder was so big it came home in a take away box & the steak quesadillas were a hit.
We were there early & our serivce was outstanding, from the hostess to our waiter to the manager ( owner? ) who presented the tortilla soup with flourish!
It had been a. Few years since we had been to the restaurant & we will be back again soon.

I organized a large group event at Guaca & Molé & it was amazing! The team at the restaurant was super flexible & helpful; they let me come in before the opening to set up, stored my cake, closed later for us, etc. & the staff & service was amazing during the entire night. Food & drinks were delicious, the atmosphere & music were on point. I come to this restaurant often, & am never disappointed!
Would recommend to anyone!

Bonjour, sincèrement un peu déçu depuis la dernière fois que nous sommes passé dans votre resto (quelques mois). les drinks étaient très ordinaires, nous aurions aimé des marguarita frozen & non on the rock qui sont beaucoup moins bons. le service était ordinaire & la nourriture étaient quand même assez bonnes.

This restaurant is very spacious & was able to accommodate our group of 50 people. The decor is lovely & the drinks are fun & tasty. The restaurant was noisy when the music was on & it was difficult to talk. The staff was kind enough to turn down the music for us. The staff was helpful. The food was good & it was all in all a great evening. Thank you!
