The Satori Group specializes in Asian cuisine. The adventure began in 2003 with Satori sushi, located in Saint-Jean-sur Richelieu. For more than 15 years, Satori sushi has offered authentic Japanese cuisine based on fresh, quality products.

The year 2016 was marked by the opening of Siam, at Square du Quartier DIX30. This Thai Select certified restaurant highlights the richness of Thai cuisine. Two years later, a second branch was opened in the heart of downtown Montreal. The East Pan-Asian, located at the foot of the prestigious Renaissance Hotel in Montreal, brings together in one place all the richness of the emblematic cuisine of Southeast Asia.

Ladi Cheng and Thyda Ouy, dynamic entrepreneurs, are the proud founders of the Satori Group. In 2012, Linda Cheng joined the family to support the group's growth. This family business employs more than 125 people in Quebec. Its success is based on know-how respectful of tradition, on the care taken in the choice of ingredients and on attentive service.
