Depuis plusieurs semaines, le samedi, je prends la peine de commander tôt un bouillon avec des boys. À chaque fois, j'ajoute 3 ou 4 plats de plus, pour une facture de 50-60$ & plus.
Aujourd'hui, malgré un appel à 11 h 30 (ouverture à 10 h 00), on me refuse la commande parce que « d'autres clients veulent aussi des boys ». Quand je précise que je comptais aussi commander d'autres plats, incluant du poisson, on me répond : « Nous ne sommes pas des marchands de boys » 🤦🏿
Résultat : vente perdue.
Un peu de flexibilité & de professionnalisme auraient pourtant réglé la situation.
