Great new discovery in Montreal, def worth any possible detour. You will be welcomed in a cozy, charming & well thought out gem, with warm & smiling staff. This is also the best kabrit I've had. Will def be back on a regular basis. Thank you!!
First time trying Haitian food for my birthday & this place did not disappoint! The food, service, & ambience were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the lari pate & the grilled goat! We received some complimentary dessert for the birthday meal & felt very cherished. Also there was a live dj & the music was upbeat & great addition to the meal.

We had such a great time at Éh!-Pâté! We found the restaurant through Tik Tok, & heard what the owner wanted to share with the community, & thought that we had to try it. It was our first time having Haitian food! We had the lari & griot pâté, & they were very delicious - the pastry was super flaky, & the filling, particularly the lari, was so flavorful! I particularly loved the pikliz that came with them on the side. For the mains (we shared family style for dinner), we had the poulet aux noix de cajou (cashew chicken) & the kabrit grillé (grilled goat) & they were both amazingly flavorful, not to mention the rice, side salad, & fried plantains on the side that complimented the meats very well. We enjoyed it so much in fact that we got the goat twice lol. Loved the vibes too - very clean, felt more up-scale, & well maintained.
Amazing food, amazing service! We had the griot & lari pâté & they were so flaky & delicious. The standout was the Kabrit grillé, we had to order a second one! We were visiting montreal & this was my favorite meal. Everything was so flavorful & the service was excellent. We went on a Friday night & there was a dj playing Caribbean music.
Saw a lot of hype on social media for this newer Haitian restaurant & said I had to go try it. It honestly didn't disappoint, the menu had some nice choices & definitely tasted quite good for most of the dishes.
We tried a couple of different things on the menu to share which is the best way to go as everything is quite pricey & you have to try to taste most of the food. It was quite flavourful, & brought me back to Haiti.
For the dessert, they were okay, not the best but i was happy to see some of our delicacies on the menu 😌.
I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area or even to go & discover. It's an actual restaurant where you can sit & an enjoy a meal with some nice music playing.
Our waitress was very nice, & her service was on point.
A disappointing experience…Should have read the comments before ordering takeout from here. As shown in pictures, portions are really small considering the price at 26$. The sauce container is half full, there is 3 pieces of porc & 3 pieces of fat, the salad had no dressing & I was barely full from this. Usually, I get pretty full with a full griot portion. They get some points for nice staff & porc was good nonetheless.
Incredibly flavourful goat & cashew chicken! The pathé are also very good! The cheese ones is just one huge mozzarella stick. Gros coup de coeur for the passion fruit juice!
Great delicious food ,excellent service ,good music & vibes love the decoration,Friendly owner I definitely recommend to anyone that want to enjoy good foods with family & friends !!!
Fresh & good Kremas!! The food was really tasty. Service was great (the server was hustling). Portion are a bit small for the price but overall really worth it. :)
Absolutely amazing experience for a birthday party of 35 people. The menu was amazing, the staff were lovely & it was quite impressive to see small local restaurant handle a full house so well. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an authentic Caribbean/Haitian experience.
