As a wedding planner, I truly appreciated the attentiveness of the Gentile team from the moment we booked our client event. Marisa was incredibly thorough in her communication & made our client feel both welcomed & cared for. Her team went above & beyond-greeting guests & even hanging up jackets-small gestures that made a lasting impression. The meal was absolutely delicious! Brava! Came at lunch time & ordered individual pizza's. Totally fresh, great valance of flavours & super quick & attentive service ! They even serve a variety of pizzas by the slice that isn't stale or rubbery !!
Bon restaurant, par contre un autre restaurant qui ne respecte par le projet de loi 72. C'est vraiment déplorable qu'un restaurant du genre décide de contrevenir volontairement à ce projet de loi au dépend des clients.
I had a pizza here - the ingredients were good quality, but there just wasn't enough cheese (I'm not exaggerating). The pizza turned out quite dry. I usually love a crispy pizza, but this one just missed that mark.
That said, the dough itself was well prepared & you can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients. Just don't expect authentic Italian-style pizza. Considering the prices & the good ingredients they have access to, I think they could do a better job overall.
On the positive side, the staff was absolutely lovely & the service was excellent - very friendly & attentive.
Can't say enough about this place the food is amazing the service top notch from the bar tender to the servers & kitchen staff all around friendly I would recommend to anyone

The food & service here are excellent-no complaints at all on that front. The only issue I've noticed is with how tips are being calculated. By law, tips should be calculated on the pre-tax amount, not the tax-inclusive total. While I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt, it has now been five months since the law was announced, & this still hasn't been corrected. Unfortunately, this leaves customers feeling like they're being taken advantage of. It's a straightforward compliance matter, & I really hope the restaurant addresses it soon, because everything else about the experience is truly great.
It's a lovely place. The only thing, I was in a hurry & drank my coffee too fast, so had cocoa powder all over my face (or on one cheek), & the girl who served me, I paid, & we talked (& I gave a tip, 18% is minimum/default btw), & she let me go outside like that.. would you have done it? It's ok, I was parked just outside.. but say if I had to take the metro & such, would you not mention it to someone you were talking to at 1/2 m distance, & who just paid you the bill? I don't know..
Gentile Pizza Parlour is a true pizza paradise! The crust is perfection - light, airy, & full of flavor - & the toppings are fresh & generous. Every bite tastes like it's made with care & passion. The menu has a great mix of creative combinations & classic favorites, & their salads & sides are just as delicious. The atmosphere is warm & stylish, perfect for both a casual meal & a night out. The staff is friendly, attentive, & makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Easily one of the best pizza spots in the city!

Insanely overpriced. From the food to the drinks. We took the'big' portions & that just makes you wonder how small the small options can possibly be… & when they say burrata on the pizza, it's 4 little drops the size of 1$ coins for the whole pie. Place is nice, staff is cool. But besides that, Hell no!
Second time going to Gentille. First time for breakfast, & I had a great experience. However this time i ordered «the boss » pizza for takeout. Great service & it's a nice place, but the pizza was really underwhelming. It tasted great, but it was all soggy in the middle, forming a puddle. I couldn't take it out of the box as it became a greassy mush simply by touching it. It's a shame, the taste/ingredients are great but the texture of the pizza was dissapointing.
Definitely a new go-to spot! The vibe is great, but the small details (the pac-man, the specific art pieces chosen, the BAR) make it even better. The staff (chefs included) were all amazing (& so fun), but the food is the best part. I got the garlic knots & a pizza, 10/10
