Extrêmement déçu. Je suis un client fidèle de ce Frites Alors depuis près de 10 ans. Cela fait plusieurs fois depuis quelques mois que je remarque une baisse dans la qualité du services & de la nourriture. Ce soir, c'était le pire. Moi & ma conjointe nous sommes vraiment senti mal à l'aise avec l'impression d'embêter la serveuse. Pas un merci. Pas un sourire. Vraiment une ambiance weird. Niveau nourriture : burger au porc effiloché beaucoup trop sucré. Poutine avec très peu de fromage en grains. Bun complètement grillé. Enfin : Frites Alors à toujours été cher, ce qui ne me dérange pas dans la mesure où les produits sont quand même de qualité, mais je trouve que c'est le minimum d'avoir un niveau de service convenable pour cette tranche de prix. Bref, cette fois c'était la fois de trop. Je n'y retournerai plus. Dommage.

1er x la bas... Super de beau décor & service rapide .... .par contre j'ai été déçue car j'ai à peine eu du fromage malgré que j'ai commandé une poutine & 7 morceaux de général tao. 42$ pour 2 poutine sa fait un peu cher.

If youre are a Montréal résident, you well know this is a safe bet No nonsense morish joint, But if youre visiting you have to just go. This place is good times. Fries are good & there are choices for everyone. Usually the employees are fun kind & weird that know well their game on the frier & planche . Burgers , poutine or just fries, whatever, bring it on . Délicieux + get a petit caribou beer also. So good!! I just went & loved it once more.
