Origin Story

Joey and Tino, two souls passionate about cooking, met at culinary school in Montreal. They quickly became best friends, working tirelessly in each other’s kitchens and helping one another grow in the culinary industry. Their love for food inspired them to join forces and embark on an ambitious journey.

They opened Vincent Sous-marins Montréal-Nord, expanding with food trucks and catering services to better serve their customers. Their bond, fueled by their passion for cooking, burns stronger than any flame—making them not just business partners but brothers from different mothers.

From this brotherly partnership and deep love for food, their line of gourmet frozen pizzas, FRATELLIZ, was born!

While their pizza is good, they always manage to forget an item during Uber Orders. Please make it a habit to double check the orders to provide a consistent service.

These guys are legendary. Amazing garlic pinwheels. Awesome pizza. The best tuna sandwich I've ever had, period. Fresh bread made on site.

This is my favorite pizza spot in Laval. No question.

Tonight was the first time that I tried Fratelliz pizza & I was not disappointed. The pizza was excellent & although the wait time was about 30-40 minutes the owner was nice enough to even offer us 2 complimentary drinks. Amazing food & customer service & we will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try something new.

Jusqu'à présent j'ai essayé la pizza pepperoni & le calzone rouge & j'avoue que j'ai rarement mangé de l'aussi bonne pizza. Pour ce qui est du calzone, un mot, extraordinaire! Ça vaut le détour!!! 🍕👌
