En premier temps j'aimerais remercier Kevin pour son excellent service, de bien connaître son menu, & être une personne agréable avec qui de discuter. Pour les rapports on a commencé avec les calmars qui étaient cuits à la perfection accompagnée par une légère sauce & un citron & lime. On a également eu une entrée de asperges avec de l'alfalfa & des garnitures comme du caviar & une sauce. Comme repas principal on a pris la pieuvre qui était super délicieux cependant on a trouvé que la portion était petite. Finalement pour ma part c'était le menu du chef dans le buisson c'était excellent!!!
