Came in on a Saturday evening & ordered food to go - it was ready & hot in less than five minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly & even struck up a conversation with me while I waited. Great service & quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend!
Bonne expérience en général. J'ai cependant une remarque . La loi adoptée indique que les pourboires doivent être sur le montant avant les taxes & non sur le montant après taxes . Vos machines ne sont pas conformes à la loi . C'est dommage , j'ai payé pour ne pas m'obstiner mais il serait bien si vous corrigez cela . J'ai payé le pourboire sur les taxes cette fois-ci mais ça pourrait inciter d'autres à ne même pas donner du pourboire 😅. J'espère que le propriétaire prendra note & passera le message au reste du staff .

Ordered Napoletana with chicken through delivery. Bread was just thrown into the delivery bag with no wrapping. Pasta had two strands of hair in it. Flavour was not bad but could have been better. Chicken was rather dry. Not impressed with the food as it was not worth the cost. Prepare your dishes better for delivery!!!
Bon petit restaurant de style italien. La nourriture est bonne en générale & les portions sont généreuses. Les pizzas sont bien garnies & savoureuses. Le veau & les pâtes sont cuit parfaitement. La sauce bolognaise par contre est un peut trop liquide & manque un peu de saveur. Nous avons eu 2 fois les petits pain en accompagnement les premiers était chaud servi avec du beurre mais étaient Sec. Les deuxième eux étaient moelleux mais pas chaud du tout. Le plat de veau est resté plusieurs minutes sur le'pass' a attendre la pizza donc il était rendu tiède a son arrivé. Au départ le service était bien mais le restaurant s'est remplis rapidement. Le service s'est donc mis a manquer un peu de cohérence nous avons eu droit a tout le personnel par contre nous avons manqué de rien. Un des serveurs machait continuellement de la gomme . Il y a pas beaucoup d'espace entre les tables donc une fois le restaurant remplis le personnel doit contourner le restaurant pour le traverser. Le niveau de bruit devient vite haut mais il reste possible de converser. Apportez vous une veste la climatisation fonctionne très très biens.
Rampe pour handicapés a l'extérieur mais je sais pas comment circuler a l'intérieur du au faible espace. Je ne suis pas certain d'y retourner.
Pour ma part jai pris le veau parmigiana, jai demandé la sauce bolognaise au lieu de sauce tomate, la sauce manquait un peu de goût & était liquide mais, c'était quand même excellent & portion généreuse. mon conjoint a pris la pizza Sergio elle était énorme & excellente, la pâte a pizza est floffy & croustillante, elle était parfaite. Par contre les petits pains qui nous ont été servis étaient très secs. Pour ce qui est du service nous avons eu un bel accueil, mais le service n'était pas constant nous avons eu 4 personnes différentes a notre table, un serveur est venu nous n'étions pas prêt a commander, ensuite un autre est venu, lui a pris notre commande, ensuite un autre est venu nous voir, & a la fin lui qui a ramasse nos plats qui nous avait vu au début s'est mis a nous parler en anglais, mais nous a servi en français plus tôt. juste faire attention à essayer de se rappeler la langue que les clients parlent. aussi pour moi un serveur qui chique de la gomme je trouve ca très très irrespectueux. je ne suis pas certaine que j'y retournerais seulement pour le service il manquait vraiment de constance.

The food is ok for an airport adjacent restaurant. I came with a group & they served us quickly. It wasn't the best Italian but it did the job. The staff is really nice
Food was subpar. I ordered a classic fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken. The chicken felt like Costco frozen chicken reheated, & the Alfredo sauce tasted like a supermarket alfredo sauce & not a creamy italian sauce.
Absolutely Fantasic.
I found on-line & so glad I came. The Carbana was some of the best I have ever had. (& I have been to Italy).
Great wait staff & quaint place. If I lived here, I would be a regular!
We held my twins bday party there this evening Sergio & his team are amazing on top of everything service was great we were a group of 45 & service was smooth food was great just want to send out a big thank you keep up great work we will see you for next party
