Overall, Figata in Saint Henri comes across as a warm, cozy Italian spot that delivers comforting, well executed dishes with generous portions and a welcoming vibe. The pasta shines across the board, with standout dishes like the zozzona, vongole, and mushroom pasta, and appetizers such as polpette and burrata receiving frequent praise. The atmosphere is intimate but lively, with refined yet approachable decor and a focus on classic Italian cooking done with balance and quality ingredients. Service is consistently friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome without hovering. Cocktails and wine pair well with the menu, and the value is noted as strong for the size of portions. Some comments note that a couple of dishes can be saltier or lack sauce, and a few meals during opening weeks were not perfect, but the overall consensus is that Figata is a standout neighborhood gem worth returning to for date nights or gatherings. Many reviews describe leaving with leftovers and plans to return, confirming frequent recommendations and long term appeal.
Lovely part of town, decent service but food was a total miss. We had the caesar salad .. it was overly slimy & anchovy heavy… both pasta dishes disappointed.. salted beyond reason & the other was dried out like it had been left under the heaters too long. They were in their first week of opening so perhaps they were ironing out the details. 🤷?♀? Wine was good. Ambiance ok, but we were frozen where we were seated. Glad we tried it, but wouldn't return as there are much better Italian restaurants in Montreal.
It's one of those places that instantly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is warm, lively, & welcoming which isbperfect for a night out with friends or a relaxed dinner.
The food is consistently excellent, with comforting Italian flavours & standout pasta dishes full of bold, well-balanced flavour. The cocktails are creative & pair perfectly with the menu.
What truly sets Figata apart is the people. The staff & owners treat you like family, creating a genuine sense of community that you feel the moment you walk in. Friendly, attentive service & great energy every time.

LET ME TELL YOU. This place is worth the hype. My best friend & I got a rez & went in so excited, yet Figata EXCEEDED our expectations. GET THE FRIES & CAESAR SALAD to start, genuinely an 11/10 amazing. The pastas were DELISH, BUT THE TIRAMISU ??! Beyond. A must. But the best part you may ask ??! The service. From the second we walked in there it felt like we were family. SHOUTOUT OUR GIRL NAIRA, the sweetest waitress, she was the best & made our night so perfect!
New favorite neighborhood spot! zazzone pasta is amazing & the service is 10/10. Yhe spiral fry poutine creation/situation -total game changer, must try. Congratulations V & Steve
Very hyped about this new restaurant by Amerigo (my favourite Italian restaurant in MTL). The service was so so, always having to ask for water or even just to order. The pasta was raw, not at all al dente. We were quite disappointed but we will give it another shot as it just opened.
Outstanding! Food was fresh, delicious & the portions are very generous. Impeccable service - the polpettes & the vongole pasta were absolute hits. Warm focaccia was also devoured.
So nice to have delicious Italian nearby & parking is easy around.
Great vibes too!!
This is not another trendy Italian spot. This is soul, technique, & intention on a plate. Every dish feels thought through. Balanced. Generous without being heavy. Comforting without being predictable.
The pasta is the kind you remember. Perfect bite. Sauces that cling the way they should. Flavors that don't shout, they linger. You can taste the quality of the ingredients & the respect for tradition, with just enough modern edge to keep it exciting.
The space matters too. Warm. Inviting. Lively but intimate. The kind of room where conversations flow & time stretches. Service is attentive, natural, & genuinely kind. You feel welcomed, not managed.
Figata fits Saint-Henri beautifully. Grounded. Cool without trying. Confident in what it is.
This is a place you bring people you love. A place you return to. A place that will become a neighborhood classic.
Figata absolutely impressed from start to finish. I had the chance to try just about everything on the menu, & every dish was outstanding - especially the pasta, which was easily some of the best I've had in a long time. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between warm & lively, making it an ideal spot for any occasion. On top of that, the service was attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely welcoming. A fantastic dining experience all around - I'll definitely be back.
