Estelle is widely regarded as a standout destination in Montreal, celebrated for its high-quality Italian-Mediterranean cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and lively, modern vibe. Many diners praise the fresh, expertly prepared dishes and professional, attentive service that creates a welcoming and festive experience for date nights and special celebrations. While the restaurant is frequently noted for its stylish decor and energetic environment, guest feedback occasionally mentions concerns regarding pricing, specific parking logistics, and occasional inconsistencies in service or dining comfort. Overall, the majority of visitors highlight Estelle as a memorable, top-tier venue that consistently delivers delicious food and a vibrant, upscale social experience.
The salmon appetizer was delicious, reminded me of fried sushi without the rice. The lobster stuff pasta was disappointing, felt like they didn't season the filling, & went too hard on the lemon for the sauce. The cheesecake didn't really taste like standard cheesecake, but I guess it was alright.
Our waitress was super friendly & helpful. The decor is cute.
Prices were over the top for what it was though. All I had to drink was a Negroni & a glass of wine but somehow I spent more total than at a Michelin.
We went to Estelle Saturday night & from start to finish we had an amazing experience. From the service, to the atmosphere, to the food, everything was a 10/10. Our server Ricky was absolutely amazing! He was so kind & friendly & had a great sense of humour! Highly recommend!!
From start to finish, Estelle completely exceeded my expectations.
The space is beautiful - high ceilings, stylish design, & a lively vibe that feels both modern & warm. The food was the highlight: fresh pasta made in-house, perfectly cooked lamb chops, & the kind of Italian flavors that stay with you long after you leave.
Service was top notch - friendly, attentive, & they really know how to make you feel welcome without ever rushing you. By the time the music picks up later in the evening, the whole place turns into a festive atmosphere, perfect for a night out.
If you're looking for one of the best spots in Montreal for modern Italian food with an amazing vibe, Estelle is a must. Can't wait to come back!
I didnt get the chance to eat the food at my table, but the portions were conspicuously generous; nobody is going home hungry. This place is super upscale & sexy, perfect for date night. I would need to go back to taste the actual food.
Conclusion : je n'y retournerai jamais.
