Le service était bon, même si on nous a « vendu » le vin du jour avant de nous expliquer le menu, en insistant bien sur le prix très abordable du verre. Le burger classique était très (trop) cuit, c'est dommage. Ça rendait la viande sèche. Les frites étaient correctes. J'y retournerai, en prenant autre chose.
Nous avions réservé la salle privée pour notre groupe de 43 personnes mais à notre arrivée, nous avons appris que nous avions été déménagés dans un espace plus petit. La salle privée est restée vide.
Ayant organisé plusieurs 5 à 7 réseautage au restaurant Essence, j'ai eu un très bon service à la clientèle, un bon service aux tables & un bel emplacement organisé pour tous les évènements.

C'était très bien. La serveuse ne nous comprenait pas bien par ailleurs ni en anglais ni en français. Nous devions répéter la commande. Peut-être une mauvaise journée.
