Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, me informaron que sin reservación no podían sentarme y que solo podía pedir para llevar. Sin embargo, minutos después, otros clientes sin reservación sí fueron sentados. Al senalar la situación, la explicación fue que'comían más rápido', lo cual me pareció poco profesional y una falta de respeto. El trato fue inconsistente y el servicio al cliente muy deficiente. No volvería.
La persona que me dio mal servicio y aclaro que con este comentario no voy hacer ningun acto de tipo discriminatorio, simplemente quiero resaltar que la persona que me brindo un mal servicio es de origen Colombiano.

Mon expérience a été très décevante. À mon arrivée, on m'a informée que sans réservation, il n'était pas possible de m'installer & que je pouvais seulement commander pour emporter. Cependant, quelques minutes plus tard, d'autres clients sans réservation ont été installés à une table. Lorsque j'ai signalé cette incohérence, on m'a répondu qu'ils'mangeaient plus rapidement', ce que j'ai trouvé peu professionnel & irrespectueux. Le traitement a été incohérent & le service à la clientèle très insuffisant. Je ne reviendrai pas. Ce la premier & la dernier fois.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en este restaurante fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, nos dijeron que no había mesas disponibles y que era necesario reservar, aunque vimos varias mesas libres. Nos ofrecieron solo comida para llevar, y más tarde permitieron que otros clientes sin reservación se sentaran, alegando que comían más rápido. Consideramos que fue una falta de respeto y un mal manejo del servicio al cliente. Por esta razón, no planeamos regresar.

Malheureusement, notre expérience dans ce restaurant a été très décevante. À notre arrivée, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de tables disponibles & qu'il était nécessaire de réserver, bien que nous ayons vu plusieurs tables libres. On ne nous a proposé que des plats à emporter, & plus tard, d'autres clients sans réservation ont été installés, sous prétexte qu'ils mangeaient plus vite. Nous considérons que c'était un manque de respect & une mauvaise gestion du service client. Pour cette raison, nous n'avons pas l'intention de revenir.
