I've been ordering since it opened & while it was already delicious I'd say in the last year they've improved on everything. They really make their food with love, the ingredients are always extremely fresh & it shows. I'm never disappointed, always too good for my own sake!! EDIT prices are ridiculous now, don't even bother.

Staff were very friendly! & food came out a bit over 10 minutes, he even brought it to us outside since we wanted to sit in their patio! Tables are clean but if it isn't, there are paper towels & spray to clean them. There's plenty of different options of food to choose from, so we'll definitely come back & try some more.

What was fun was that while we were waiting for our food, we were walking around their store & found plenty of products not available in your supermarket so that's something we'll come back to!

They have their own parking lot & there are plenty of space available!

We enjoyed the delicious tacos & empanadas as well as the friendly service, but the place has much work to do if they want to improve the dining experience of its clients. First of all, they have to be better organized, starting from the physical arrangement & disorder of their supplies. They have a perfect riverfront location & lookout to the river & Montréal, but they are not exploiting it. The gazebo is cluttered & does not feel inviting for customers. Their menu presentation for seated customers needs improvement.
This place already offers decent food, although limited, but it seems to still be searching for an identity. With proper planning & organization, La Hacienda has the potential to become a fine Mexican dining experience in Laval.

La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse. Les quesabirrias sont excellentes & les portions sont très généreuses. J'ai vraiment adoré la nourriture! 🌮✨
Par contre, je donne 3 étoiles à cause du service, qui était beaucoup trop lent. Il n'y avait pratiquement personne pour servir les clients aux tables. Je me suis assise à l'extérieur & on ne m'a même pas apporté d'eau. J'ai dû aller moi-même au comptoir & attendre plusieurs minutes parce qu'il n'y avait personne pour me servir. Plus tard, j'ai voulu commander autre chose, mais encore une fois, personne n'est venu me voir.
La nourriture vaut vraiment la peine, mais je pense que le service & l'attention portée aux clients pourraient être grandement améliorés.
