The Octopus was an absolute delight perfectly cooked & easily the highlight of the meal. However, we were a bit let down to find that neither the soup of the day nor the sardines were available during our visit, which we had been looking forward to.
?The service was professional & friendly for the most part, but there was one persistent issue that was quite frustrating. The staff began clearing my wife's plate while I was still clearly eating my meal. This happened twice during the night &, understandably, got on my wife's nerves. It made the pacing feel a bit rushed despite the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

It's the hidden gem of Montreal. I was a regular until I moved out of the city. But, it's still my go to place for special occasions when I come back. Ownership drives the standard. From the greeting, the food, the atmosphere & service, everything is fantastic.

Excellent dinner & meal,,, great service with my waiter from Laval , great advice & sense of humour , Loved it.

Will definitely go back. not my first time & definitely not my last. Love the 2 women at the reception I think owner & maybe sister , So welcoming
