Elounda offers consistently excellent Greek and Mediterranean dishes with fresh, well balanced flavors and generous portions, backed by attentive, friendly service and a warm, inviting atmosphere; standout items like octopus, swordfish and sea bass are frequently praised, the wine list is diverse, and overall value remains strong, making it a reliable choice for family dinners, special occasions and repeat visits, while a few evenings note a busier, noisier space and occasional menu items not available, these do not overshadow the superb dining experience.
Elounda never misses. The owners & staff are genuinely warm & accommodating, creating a great atmosphere every time you walk in. The food is consistently top quality, with generous portions that don't disappoint. I've held several lunch meetings there, & it's always been a top-tier experience-reliable, professional, & enjoyable. Definitely a go-to spot!

So, dining at Elounda feels like a luxury mirage-exorbitant prices for tiny portions that leave you bewildered & still hungry. The atmosphere is overwhelmingly loud, & after all that expense, you're left feeling completely unsatisfied. Not worth it at all.
I wouldn't set foot in that place again!
Response to Owner: 5 small lamb chops with bones & raw vegetables or 5 shrimps with raw vegetables is a generous portion for you !!! Any average Greek restaurant would have been better ,you're paying more for less here!

I've had the pleasure of dining at Elounda on numerous occasions.Whether for lunch or evenings out with friends & family, it consistently exceeds expectations. The cuisine is exceptional, & the value is truly unmatched in the city. Combined with the attentive service from the owner & staff, who always go above & beyond, every visit becomes a genuinely enjoyable experience.
The Octopus was an absolute delight perfectly cooked & easily the highlight of the meal. However, we were a bit let down to find that neither the soup of the day nor the sardines were available during our visit, which we had been looking forward to.
?The service was professional & friendly for the most part, but there was one persistent issue that was quite frustrating. The staff began clearing my wife's plate while I was still clearly eating my meal. This happened twice during the night &, understandably, got on my wife's nerves. It made the pacing feel a bit rushed despite the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.
It's the hidden gem of Montreal. I was a regular until I moved out of the city. But, it's still my go to place for special occasions when I come back. Ownership drives the standard. From the greeting, the food, the atmosphere & service, everything is fantastic.
