Awesome appetizers & service was superb! Ladies night is such a deal & the drinks were tasty & they were fast with the drinks!! My friends got totally wasted it was great! Camilo was the sweetest waiter. Super attentive & nice!

The ambiance was pleasant, the food was mediocre. Drinks are good, specially the cocktails. overall, it was a good experience & a nice introduction to South American cuisine.

We had such a great experience yesterday! As soon as we arrived, our waiter, Antonio, took the time to explain the seasonal drinks & pointed out the most popular dishes on the menu. We were also there to celebrate a friend's new book launch, & they surprised him with the house drink,'El Lounge,' on the house. Not only did it taste amazing, but it also looked absolutely stunning! I was also totally charmed by the great vibe, especially the Latin music playing in the background.
We were looking for a last-minute, fun spot to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday before heading back to Toronto & stumbled upon El Lounge Resto Bar! Even without a reservation on a busy Saturday night, they managed to accommodate us. The manager, Antonio, went above & beyond to personally guide us through the menu, offering fantastic meal & drink recommendations. We enjoyed pina coladas, passion duck, & Diplomatico Reserva cocktails. For our meal, we indulged in the trio of mini arepas, trio of mini patacones, tequenos with plantain, asado mixto BBQ, & finished off with a delectable tres leches cake. Every dish was crafted with love, bursting with authentic flavors, & showcased the pride of Latin cuisine. Our server was attentive & ensured our experience was seamless, while the bartender crafted some of the best drinks we've had in a long time. Without a doubt, we'll be back for more of this amazing experience!

Il pleuvait samedi. À l'entrée on doit payer 10$, mais c'est argent comptant seulement. Puisqu'on avait pas d'argent comptant sur nous j'ai suggéré d'aller commander un drink & que le bar ajoute le 10$, ce n'était pas possible. On a donc dû retourner sous la pluie pour aller au Couche Tard chercher des $ L'ambiance est bonne, la musique aussi, mais un peu trop de reaggeaton à mon goût personnel Beaucoup de monde, difficile de circuler pour se rendre aux toilettes Ma 1ère bière 🍺, une Corona était 11$. Vers 2h je tente d'en commander une autre, il reste plus de Corona. Je choisis la Stella...mais on me la charge 14$
My girls & I had a great time at this place last night. We had dinner & drinks & everything tasted delicious. My friends had the tasting menu & they were raving about how good it all was. Our server was also super sweet & very attentive.
Mr.Antonio offered me the most professional & clean service the food it's amazing & the drinks are just the best duo for that delicious food ! You won't be disappointed the Venezuela roots are felt since you entered that door !!!
A warm, hospitable welcome & great atmosphere awaited us upon our arrival. We started with a tasting plate of all the entrées to try & sample as much as possible, & each item was wonderful. Followed by main dishes of: - Arepa de Chicharrón: excellent guacamole covering perfectly prepared pork belly in a plantain arepa - Poutine Latino Québécoise: because we had to. It is exactly as described, & we loved it But the highlight for us was the magnificent signature cocktails. An aptly named El Ritual that involves burning rosemary under a cloche to give the drink its distinctive smoky flavour & our (my) new favourite summer drink: Mexicana. A Paloma-style drink with Ancho chiles & watermelon. I could drink this every day. I will drink many this summer. Overall, we very much enjoyed the authentic cuisine, the incredible cocktails, & the lively atmosphere, & we would most definitely return.
