The three stars are for the waitress. The potatoes were undercooked & cold. The fruit was old & for 18 dollars, one tiny triangle of orange, pineapple, & cantaloupe. The bagel was a cheap untoasted no name bagel from maxi. The restaurant was pretty much empty but took forever to get the food. My first trip to eggsquis & my last. Quality of food was missing. But i loved the waitress.
