I had almost stopped going to restaurants in Montreal because the food so often tastes bland, processed, & completely uninspired. Edessa Kebab was an amazing exception.
This is the first place in a long time where I felt like I was eating real food again. Everything was incredibly flavorful, fresh, & authentic. The meat was tender & perfectly seasoned, & every dish had a rich, homemade taste.
It's so refreshing to find a restaurant where the food doesn't taste processed or bland. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food.

You can really tell they use quality ingredients & take pride in their food. The staff were welcoming, friendly, & provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was fresh, authentic, & full of incredible flavor. Every dish was beautifully prepared, & you could really tell that quality ingredients were used. The grilled meats were perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious, & the portions were generous.
