I ate at this restaurant a couple of times & needless to say I do not recommend this place as the food is mediocre & the service is downright poor, You can make any food item on their menu at home & it would taste 20 times better.I ordered an onion soup & a veggie burger. The onion soup tasted good but it was cold & the veggie burger was bland, it tasted like the frozen veggie burgers sold at metro stores for 4$ stuffed between a burger bun, I tried adding ketchup, mustard & even the coleslaw salad that came with the plate to add some flavour (& it was still bad). As for the service, it was just so bad. The waitress & even the manager were rude. When we tried to pay the bill, the shady manager did not take a liking to the tip he deserved & tried to make us believe that we needed to pay an extra charge. He wanted to ask for a bigger tip ( which he certainly did not deserve because he was very rude) by beating around the bush saying that " there's an extra charge". We gave him a bigger tip because I did not want to cause a scene & straight out not give him any tips at all. This manager needs to get a better paying job if he shamelessly tries to scam people like that. That was just desperate.

J'ai lu les mauvaises opinions sur ce restaurant mais je dois avouer que nous avons eu une bonne experience a ce restaurant..

Nous y sommes alles un lundi vers 15 heures..de nombreux clients pour
cette heure entre le lunch & le souper..

On nous a accueilli toute suite avec un grand sourire..

Tres gros choix de plat..
Mon mari a choisi le hot dog tout boeuf & moi le reubens sandwich..
Mon mari a bien aime son hot dog.& moi j'ai bien aime le reubens qui n'est pas tres offert dans les delis montrealais...
Malgre qu on utilise le smoked meat ou lieu du tradionnel corned beef
le reubens etait tres bon..

service rapide & courtois...

Where's the beef Actually where's the staff?
Came in for a late dinner with friends, no one around to greet us, sat ourselves, waited what seemed a really long time for a waiter to come around & serve us. He seemed really spaced out!! Kept sniffing over our table like he had a bad cold....or was a coke addict. Really weird experience. He went back to visit with his friends at another table & didn't appear again except to bring our plates. Food wasn't too bad, nothing special. Then he kept pushing us to have some alcohol, WE DON'T DRINK! WE DON'T WANT ALCOHOL! Not a comfortable experience.

Ouvert 24h c'est assez pratique quand ont as un creux dans la nuit. Mais il faut tout de même réussir a manger ce qu'ont nous sert.


Le serveur sans façon (pas de bonsoir ni sourire, te regarde seulement avec le pad dans les mains & attend)
Je commande un smoke meat avec frite & mon conjoint un Monté Cristo. Après près de 20 min d'attente ont reçois la bouffe sans même un bon appétit (quel surprise après l'accueil)

Pour moi ca va mais mon conjoint reçois un genre de monticule graisseux dont le pain est totalement détrempé, impossible a manger sans ustensile. & c'est un sandwich 3 étages. Après plusieurs signe au serveur toujours aussi joyeux, mon conjoint demande d'autre pain pour transférer le tout dans quelque choses de mangeable. Il reçois plutôt 2 toast.

Pas besoin de vous dire que le Monsieur n'a pas eu de pourboire

Their Cheesecake is really as good as they say it is. Had it with a Bailey's Coffee...was delicious

Not just for Smoked meat, although its good too,
This Dunns has a good Table DHote Menu, including soup, or caesar salad, main course lots of choices, & beverage for under $13-$18 ea.
Wondering where to get a rib steak dinner ? Here it is , tasty 12oz.
Fish & Chips (can substiture for Baked Potato ) was great also.
& I must say the Caesar salad is very good here.
Nothing fancy , but free parking , unlim beverage refill, & TV to watch hockey or baseball if you want to . Good dessert menu too.
