Finally! An truly authentic falafel place in the south shore! The food was delicious, falafel very crispy, we had the hummus with meat, Msabaha, & halomui, & as halomui expert (or so I thought) I was surprised at how amazing they did theirs! A must must try!

Ridiculously good. We stumbled while getting mini-crepes next door. The owner greeted us & off we went on a flavor explosion. I had sampled middle-eastern cuisine before but this was my Wife's first taste. Simply put… I've never had better. Owner let us sample the various dishes. I've never ever experienced this level of customer service matched with the most flavorful food I've ever had. You MUST try this little gem of a restaurant.
Sans aucun doute, les meilleurs falafels en ville ! Dès la première bouchée, j'ai été transporté plus de 30 ans en arrière, retrouvant le goût authentique des falafels que je mangeais en Jordanie. La saveur, la texture & la fraîcheur étaient exactement comme dans mes souvenirs. Leur fatté est également excellente : généreuse, savoureuse & parfaitement préparée. Si vous recherchez une cuisine moyen-orientale authentique, cet endroit est incontournable. Je le recommande fortement !

Without a doubt, the best falafel in town! The first bite took me back more than 30 years to the authentic falafel I used to enjoy in Jordan. The flavor, texture, & freshness were exactly how I remember them. Their fatteh is also outstanding: rich, flavorful, & prepared to perfection. If you're looking for authentic Middle Eastern food, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
Everything was absolutely delicious, it felt like I was back in Jordan!! The man who served us was extremely kind & welcoming, the portions were more than generous & everything was piping hot & made to order. I'm so happy we finally have a place like this on the south shore. Will definitely be back!!
I've been to this amazing neighbourhood gem twice now (once during a slow day & once on a busy Saturday evening), & the food & welcoming staff are fantastic. As many reviewers noted, the falafel really is the best you can get in Montreal.
I'm giving four stars instead of five because there are a few growing pains the owners need to address as a new business:
1. The wait is very slow because the employees have no way of tracking what should go into each order & multiple employees doing the same thing . Solution: have a printed order or a computer screen so employees know what goes in each order. Ensure each person is assigned one task (order taker/cash, food maker, order filler, manager).
2. Resolve the heat issue in the store: it needs air conditioning, especially as we head to summer
3. Reduce sound of the timers for the falafel & fried food. It's crazy loud.
I want this business to make it, as the food is stupendous.
