Nous étions un groupe d'environ 50 personnes pour une fête réservée à l'avance, & l'expérience a été franchement catastrophique du début à la fin.
L'attente a été totalement inacceptable :
- Environ 1h30 pour recevoir les drinks
- Près de 3 heures pour la nourriture
Certaines personnes ont dû annuler leur commande tellement c'était long.
Les plats, pourtant à 30 $ & plus, étaient pour plusieurs mal cuits ou carrément immangeables. Une pizza est même revenue crue &, au lieu de la jeter, le restaurant l'a redonnée à quelqu'un d'autre pour un takeout, ce qui est extrêmement préoccupant au niveau de l'hygiène.
En plein hiver, avec -25 °C dehors, il n'y avait aucun chauffage dans la salle. Tout le monde est resté avec son manteau, en train de geler pendant des heures.
Le service était clairement insuffisant : une seule serveuse pour 50 personnes, alors qu'une autre salle était servie en même temps. Impossible d'avoir un service fluide dans ces conditions.
Le musicien invité chantait, mais la performance était malheureusement très décevante & n'a rien amélioré à l'ambiance.
De plus, le restaurant nous avait promis trois pichets de sangria pour nous remercier d'avoir réservé un aussi gros groupe - nous n'avons absolument rien reçu.
Bref, une organisation inexistante, un service lent, une qualité de nourriture très décevante & un manque total de considération pour un groupe qui avait réservé & payé cher. Nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit pour des événements ou des groupes.
Expérience très décevante. Nous avions réservé à l'avance la salle pour 50 personnes pour un anniversaire, réservation prévue à 18 h. En plein hiver (-20 °C dehors), la salle était glaciale le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas . Malgré plusieurs demandes, aucune solution n'a été offerte on nous a clairement dit qu'ils n'allaient rien faire pour corriger la situation.
Il n'y avait qu'une seule serveuse pour tout le groupe & aucune organisation. Nous avons attendu environ 3 heures avant de recevoir la nourriture. Les invités ont dû manger avec leurs manteaux.
L'événement a été complètement gâché. Manque total de service. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour des groupes

A wonderful place to hang out, extremely clean & with a very Latin atmosphere, perfect for enjoying good Cuban & Colombian food, with Latin music shows in the evenings. The food quality is spectacular, & the service & staff are magnificent. I highly recommend it; I would come back again & again.
If you're looking for something different that will not cost you a arm & a leg & experience a real cuban vibe then i strongly recommend! Staff are super friendly & all latino origin which makes you wonder if you are actually on vacation! Try the margarita & the mojito! think it's the best i had!!

Exellent endroit pour découvrir la nourriture traditionnelle cubaine . Très recommandé si vous êtes de passage par Montréal . Il est situé à côté d'un lobby dans un hôtel local donc exellent pour se loger & manger comme un roi . Je vais retourner ça c'est certain !
Totally recommend it.. great food & environment. The owner & the staff are very nice . I drove all the way from Ottawa to enjoy their food & I will definitely go back.
