Frites très croustillantes
Sauce brune bonne & épaisse(en manquait à mon goût )

Par contre , pas super fan du fromage coupé , qui fond rapidement & pas tant « squish»

Amazing! Have been hanging out in Quebec for 2 months & this is the best poutine we had. The place was packed & the line never stopped. Poutine fries were perfectly chrispy, cheese was squeaky & the gravy was not too salty (which we have had other places). All dressed cheeseburger was huge & delicious. Everything was piping hot.
