Many reviews highlight Dessert Coréen Crofre for its croffles, a clever fusion of croissant and waffle with crispy edges and a soft, airy interior, offered in flavors such as pistachio, banana Nutella, matcha tiramisu, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry and Oreo, all topped with house cream that is generally not overly sweet. The desserts are described as fresh, flavorful, and balanced, with generous toppings and textures that stay light rather than heavy. Service is frequently praised for speed, friendliness, and good recommendations, though a few comments suggest greetings and ordering could be more consistent. The venue is depicted as cute, cozy, and very clean, making it a nice spot for a casual treat, but seating is limited and the small space with stairs makes it not easily accessible for larger groups or wheelchair users, and parking can be challenging. Hours can extend into the late afternoon, so checking opening times before visiting is advised. Overall, Dessert Coréen Crofre comes across as a standout dessert destination with creative croffles, a welcoming atmosphere, and strong appeal for locals and visitors alike.
I would not recommend this place. I ordered a simple waffle with Nutella on the side & I got almost half a waffle. The chocolate came in a tiny container on the side & was about a tablespoon. The guy who served me was rude, did not want to speak & barely wanted to explain to me their drinks. It is not the first time their food is questionable & the service very minimal.
I ordered the pistachio croffle. It was delicious! The waffle itself was crispy on the outside & soft & chewy on the inside. It was stopped with a vanilla cream & a pistachio cream as well as chopped pistachio nuts.
I've been meaning to try Crofres for a while now, & I finally stopped by their Snowdon branch-& wow, I'm so glad I did.
What really blew me away is how they nailed that perfect balance between a croissant & a waffle. You get the flaky, buttery layers of a croissant with the crispy edges & soft inside of a waffle-literally the best of both worlds in every bite. It's so unique, yet surprisingly comforting. Not too sweet, not too heavy, just right.
The space itself is cozy & super clean, & the service was genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about the experience just as much as the product.
Whether you're grabbing something quick or sitting down to treat yourself, this place hits the spot. Definitely a new favorite. Highly recommend checking it out if you're anywhere near Snowdon!

Tucked away in a cozy corner, close to the Snowdon metro station, this crofre spot is a hidden gem. The crofres-crispy like a croissant, shaped like a waffle-are golden perfection. With a great range of options, there's something for every craving. The textures are spot on: flaky outside, soft inside. Service is quick & warm, & the presentation is Instagram-worthy. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality.
Crofre offers a delicious twist on desserts with their'croffles' - a perfect fusion of croissants & waffles. With a variety of sweet & savory toppings, it's a must-try for anyone craving something unique. Friendly service & delivery options make it even better! Highly recommend!

The food was good. Banana brûlée would have been a 10 if the waffles were fresher. I didn't like the customer service. Me & a group of friends came by around 9:20 pm, & the lady would not let us dine while we were waiting for our croffles. We were sitting down, & she rudely came by & started putting the chairs up, forcing us to stand. Just overall rude.
