We were seated pretty quickly, didnt need to wait much. Although the service was a disaster! The waitress seemed to be in a rush, brings the water & drops some without apologizing or offering napkins. Waited very long (a good 15 min if not more) just to order. We asked for crayons for the kids to draw & said there wasn't any available, 2 min later I asked another employee & gave us right away.
She brought us the wrong bill, luckily we checked before paying. Then we had to go front to pay because she couldn't modify the bill. On top of that she was cursing & telling us everytime she would see new customers seated she wasn't happy because they were short on staff & that it was a busy day!
I understand the shortness of staff is not her fault but she shouldn't have been acting like this in front of clients .

This is one great breakfast joint. I was driving early Saturday morning in Laval & decided to stop at this place. How can I say it...old school in the sense you get a lot for your money & they have a menu that will cater to everyone. This is a good one that only if you know you know.
The food tasted great as we remembered. My friends & I haven't been to Cosmopolitain since the resto in Pointe-Claire closed down, so this was a nice first time back in a while :) merci pour votre service exceptionel Stéphanie !!

This is a great breakfast spot. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious & the prices are very reasonable. The meat lovers Egg Benedict is a great dish.
Excellent endroit pour le petit-déjeuner ! Le restaurant est propre & bien entretenu, avec une ambiance chaleureuse & accueillante. Le personnel est courtois & attentionné, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. La nourriture est fraîche, savoureuse & bien présentée - on sent qu'ils mettent de la qualité dans leurs plats. L'endroit est aussi très adapté aux enfants, ce qui est un vrai plus pour les familles. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un bon repas du matin !
Great spot for breakfast! The place is clean & well-kept, with a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The staff is courteous & attentive, which really makes the experience pleasant. The food is fresh, tasty, & served hot - you can tell they care about quality. It's also very kid-friendly, which is a big plus for families. Definitely recommend for a relaxed & satisfying morning meal!
Malgré le fort achalandage, le service était assez rapide. Il ne faut pas être pressés mais c'est très raisonnable comme attente, le personnel est très efficace. Les portion sont très généreuses & c'est délicieux. J'ai pris deux oeufs avec trois viandes & tout était bien cuit, mes oeufs étaient cuits exactement comme j'avais demandé. En plus notre serveuse était très charmante. J'ai mis 4 pour l'ambiance parce que c'est très bruyant donc il faut un peu lever le ton avec son interlocuteur, mais c'est vivant comme endroit! En somme une belle expérience satisfaisante!
