I went for dinner with my husband a week ago. The restaurant was small & cute & warm. The service was wonderful. We ordered the lamb & the chicken tagine. Both were beautifully presented, but surprisingly bland. Although Moroccan food is typically served under seasoned & with no salt shaker on the table. The tagine was deceivingly small, as the chicken was served on the bone, & there were many bones & not a lot of chicken. We shared 4 cocktails, & although there were all nice, & sounded unique, none of them wowed us.
J'avais de grandes attentes après avoir vu de bons commentaires, je suis un peu déçue de cette première expérience...Les plats sont fades (entrée peu assaisonnée & couscous très sec, sans jus) & les cuissons ne sont pas maîtrisées (pieuvre beaucoup trop cuite à la limite du caoutchouteux, même chose pour l'agneau). Je m'attendais à mieux d'un restaurant proposant de l'authentique cuisine méditerranéenne. Le point positif est le service, très professionnel & aimable. Attention les prix sur le site internet ne sont pas à jour (nous avons payé 68$ (au lieu de 60$ sur le site) pour le menu découverte 4 services).

Toujours un plaisir de revenir au Darna... C'est un véritable voyage de saveur au coeur de la cuisine marocaine. Chaque plat est un délice & le propriétaire fait tout, lui-même, sur place avec des produits de la ferme... L'ambiance est chaleureuse, cocktails maison & une belle carte de vin bio. Mon coup de coeur ♥️ ✨
I had a such a wonderful dining experience at Darna. Can't stop thinking about the roasted sweet potato dish, full of flavour & very filling. There are many other vegetarian options as well. The staff were very knowledgeable & kind. I'm definitely coming back & recommending it to my friends!

Wonderful experience! Menu items were typically Moroccan with a modern flair. Grilled halloumi & humus starters were very tasty. Chicken & lamb tagines were full & flavorful. The Moroccan mint tea after the last course & before dessert was key. Highly recommend!
Came here for MTL a table & it was amazing!! The service was efficient & welcoming. The food was amazing & I got to taste so many new dishes that were complex in flavor & texture but so delicious. On top of that, we left feeling so full but so satisfied compared to other tasting menus I've been to. Really awesome experience & I am definitely coming back!

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant dans le cadre de montréal a table. Comme nous avons aimé notre expérience! La nourriture est sublime (là tajine de pleurote est un must). Les cocktails sont aussi très bons (coup de coeur pour le gin fizz). L'ambiance est intime, élégante mais décontractée à la fois. Le personnel est vraiment professionnel & offre un service formidable. La décoration est très belle. Bref, nous y retournerons certainement.
Mignon resto qui était sur ma liste à visiter « Montréal à table »bonne occasion d'y aller. Bravo à l'accueil de Otman Amer proprio & souriant pour nous expliquer les plats. Tout était délicieux plein de saveur du Maroc, portion parfaite. Mention spéciale au pain rghaif 😋😋On y retourne 👍
The food is tasty, well seasoned & delicious. The menu changes frequently so it's a pleasure to try new dishes. The brunch is fabulous. The service is always excellent.

Jamais déçue ! Les plats ont toujours un petit twist qui les rendent uniques & délicieux. Les produits travaillés sont de bonne qualité. Bonne carte de vin avec une sélection de vins nature
An absolutely must go & try. We wwnt there for dinner. Their cocktails were pleasant, fragrant, beautiful to look at. We had the table d'hôte menu, & it was well delivered, tasty, good portions. The waitress was a gem. My only negative point was they gave us a late evening reservation (21h30) & we were there to celebrate a birthday, but we did felt limited with food options (there was not lot left) & rushed with the service food delivery as the closing time was an hour ahead. After dinner we wanted to stay a bit more you know, to digest & finished our drinks but we were the last & felt thr staff was waiting for us to.go.
