Our group had a really amazing afternoon out. The food tasted wonderful, & the location offered a beautiful, stress-free environment. The crowd was incredibly warm & welcoming to everybody. We are already anticipating our next visit to this great spot. It was a thoroughly pleasant & peaceful experience for all of us.

first to start i was craving bubblegum ice cream ,so i called & no one picked up even tho it was clearly open. But i ended up coming & asking & got cotton candy instead the gentlemen was super kind & i asked for extra cotton candy bits & he added so much ! i'm very pleased with this service place is small but upkept & ya

It would've been a good experience but the young girl was so rude. I said hello how are you in French & ordered in English as I'm not
French speaking & she refused to speak to me in English like it's my fault & got annoyed I wasn't understanding when she could've easily displayed good customer service & just help someone out.

Ma conjointe s'est présentée à cette succursale avec une cyber carte-cadeau DQ Canada de 50 $. Le personnel n'a pas réussi à la faire fonctionner à la caisse, même si une carte-cadeau physique utilisée au même moment fonctionnait.

Nous avons vérifié le solde ensuite sur le site officiel de DQ, la carte est toujours active & affiche bien 50 $.

Je laisse cet avis surtout pour que le propriétaire ou le gestionnaire puisse vérifier la procédure avec l'équipe. Ce serait utile que les employés sachent comment traiter les cyber cartes-cadeaux DQ, afin d'éviter que d'autres clients vivent la même situation.
