Our family stopped at this Dairy Queen today around 11:30 to grab beverages while walking around Old Town. I was with my 15 year old daughter, & 3 younger children. The worker at the counter was incredibly unprofessional, rude, & frankly out of line. My daughter asked for a Red Bull, not knowing what was in it. We said no, because it's full of caffeine which she cannot have. The male worker aggressively told us he was buying it for her & I told him that was not necessary because she can't have it. He was angry & began telling us we do not own her, & are not her master, & that she has a right to liberty & is not a child. I informed him she has a medical condition & cannot have caffeine & we as her parents have a right to help her in making choices regarding her health. He continued to thrust the drink at us, & also upgraded my kids small slushies to medium without my permission. He asked what my daughter's medical condition was, to which I replied in both English & French that it was not his business & that he does not have a right to ask me that or to make decisions for my family. It was not a problem with understanding the language as I speak both English & French & spoke both to him. He continued to tell me I cannot make decisions for her & that it is her body, her choice, & then asked me if I approve of abortion. He may be unwell, & he might need some help. But the company needs to know that he is behaving this way & that is highly inappropriate. There is apparently no way to contact the company other than leaving google reviews.

Unfortunately, my other kids could not drink their beverages either, because he put way too much syrup in them & they all said it was too sweet & had to throw them out. I was incredibly shocked at his behavior. It was highly inappropriate & extremely rude.

Good management should not tolerate rude & disrespectful employees. Anis's attitude toward customers was completely unprofessional. Management should seriously address this behaviour.

Terrible customer service. An employee named Anis was extremely rude & disrespectful. My order was wrong, & instead of acknowledging the mistake, Anis argued with me & showed a very unprofessional attitude. One of the worst customer-service experiences I've ever had. I won't be returning.

Worst attitude of staffs.
One was eating burger while working.
One was taking order i was ordering chocolate she said she didn't have & then i ordered something else she again said no. I asked what else you have then? She moved your face away & ignored me.
No wonder why they only have 3.4

Great location for tourists to have Dairy Queens delicious ice cream. Vanilla chocolate dip cones.

Je me suis rendue au Dairy Queen du Vieux-Port de Montréal & j'ai été très bien accueillie. Un grand bravo à la jeune employée voilée : elle a été chaleureuse, patiente & très respectueuse, malgré quelques clients parfois difficiles. Je lui tire mon chapeau pour son professionnalisme. Félicitations à toute l'équipe pour cet excellent service !

I love Diary Queen so far! I ordered a Fruit Pebbles milkshake, & it tastes super refreshing since it tastes like cereal itself.
