tout d'abord ce n'étais pas se que j'ai demandé & en plus elle a un mauvais goût de pas bon au point ou c'est impossible de le manger & les employés semblent ne pas comprendre le français sa tout pris pour se faire comprendre au final je suis terriblement déçu je me permets rarement de la glace j'aurais vraiment aimé avoir qqch qui est pas pus bon & elle ne la pas viré elle était déjà fondu à la réception mais je vais pas la retourner car je n'ai plus confiance

Delson...
À chaque commande je suis déçu.
Les blizzards sont très souvent mal mélangé. La garniture n'est qu'à la surface (pour un moyen blizzard, juste de la crème glacé sur 2 pouces au fond).
De plus, a chaque fois, il manque un ingrédients : pas de chocolat turtle, plus de caramel, pas de pomme (quand la promotion est'Tarte au pommes'), & j'en passe.
C'est décevant de toujours devoir changer de commande une fois rendu à la caisse. C'est probablement pour cette raisons que le service est aussi lent.
Je suis très indulgente, mais après plusieurs visites, c'est toujours le même constat... très décevant.

DO NOT ORDER BIRTHDAY CAKES AT THIS LOCATION. I had ordered a birthday cake for my sons birthday party for 12pm & arrived at 12:20pm to find this location CLOSED! So disappointed as it's been a tradition for my sons birthday to get a DQ cake. Never again.

J'adore les gâteaux là-bas, je commande des gâteau depuis des années puis, croyez moi, ils sont beau, parfait puis bon😋. Le personnel sont très gentils(les) & efficaces. Puis, pas seulement les gâteaux, le reste est encore plus bon😉. Je le recommande fortement 💯.

It's weird that Dairy Queen has an app, yet the app promotions aren't valid for Quebec residents. Regardless, the cashier was kind enough to acknowledge this & genuinely understood my frustration

Unfortunately it seems to be closed although online it states that it is open (apparently it opens at noon). Other people were lingering at the entrance wondering why it wasn't open as well.
