Ce n'est plus un Dairy Queen, mais un glacier indépendant. Malheureusement, le personnel ne nous en a pas informés ; il n'y avait qu'un petit avis affiché à l'entrée. Les prix sont assez élevés.

Les desserts étaient bons, mais le service laissait à désirer. Les blizzards n'ont pas été servis comme le veut la tradition du restaurant. Lorsque nous en avons parlé au personnel, notre commentaire a été rejeté d'un revers de la main. Aucune explication, aucun geste commercial… décevant.

Bon blizzard, mais les dames n'ont pas tourné les blizzards à l'envers tel que la politique du restaurant le prescrit. Lorsque nous leurs avons rapporté la situation, elles ont ÉVITÉ la question sans même nous rembourser ou répondre avec courtoisie.

Service adéquat & qualité des produits correcte mais plusieurs ingrédients & produits sont en rupture de stock (noix de pécan, ananas, smoothies etc) J'y suis allée une fois le mois dernier & une fois cette semaine, ils ont installé une liste aux caisses avec les ingrédients manquants écrit dessus, la liste semble s'allonger à chaque visite.
