Des plats simples mais très bien exécutés! Un saumon qui fond dans la bouche & des pâtes farcies généreuses & parfaitement al dente. Le tiramisu était la finale idéale! L'ambiance feutrée & romantique rappelle une vieille cave à vin.
Mon seul reproche serait les chaises qui pourraient être plus confortables. Sinon, je n'ai rien à dire.
Noua serons certainement de retour chez Da Emma pour un souper en amoureux ou un bon repas en famille.
About 30 years ago, an Italian woman named Emma opened this restaurant. She did all the cooking herself, serving up authentic Roman dishes-think roasted lamb, roasted pork, & lots of meat. It's a far cry from the sparse, sun-baked cuisine of southern Italy, where pasta & tomatoes often take center stage. The walls are lined with photos of Hollywood stars, European celebrities, & local personalities posing with Emma, proof of her restaurant's success. She's since retired to Miami, & now her grandson runs the place.
Lives up the the hype. My only gripe was no one to meet us at entrance. Younger staff seemed preoccupied with each other & phones. Our waiter was great.
Very cool place for an elegant deal. Great place to take someone special in your life. I have been there 4 times & it never disappoints. Classy professional delicious

The service was impeccable-attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely passionate about the food. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece: bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, & made with the finest ingredients. The chef, Olga's creativity shines through in every bite. Absolutely lovely. The food was delicious, the service was excellent & the ambiance was lovely. The restaurant was old school in table decor but classic & the building itself gave the charm & made up for it. Cannot wait to go again.
This was the first place I thought about when my guests from Toronto told me that they wanted to visit Old Montreal & they wanted Italian food. The food was delicious, from the entrees to our main dishes & finally dessert. The service was great. Our waiter was very friendly & very attentive. The place was a total vibe. Would definitely recommend & would 100% go back.

Underwhelming, forgettable experience for the price. I knew to adjust my expectations when they brought out the packaged butter. I tried the agnolotti al ragù, which tasted fine. Overall, I probably won't come back anytime soon, though I can see how some people may like this place more.
