Je suis entré aujourd'hui pour commander dans ce restaurant, qui se présente comme un établissement de prestige. Malheureusement, l'expérience a été très décevante.

À mon arrivée, personne ne m'a salué, personne ne m'a demandé si j'avais besoin d'aide ou si je souhaitais commander. Les employés étaient dehors, puis sont entrés dans la cuisine, qui a ensuite été fermée. Je suis resté plusieurs minutes seul, sans aucune prise en charge.

Quand j'ai demandé des explications, on m'a encore laissé attendre, sans réponse claire. Même lorsque j'ai essayé de commander & que j'ai dit bonjour, personne ne m'a répondu. J'ai finalement quitté le restaurant sans manger, car je me suis senti ignoré & manqué de respect.

Dans un restaurant de ce niveau, l'accueil & le service de base sont essentiels. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas au rendez-vous aujourd'hui.

J'ai commandé un burger & des lanières de poulets , mon coup coeur honnêtement était les lanières, croustillante & chaud c'est un festival de saveurs dans votre bouche ! & leur sauce bien que commune à d'autres établissements de fast-food étaient relativement satisfaisants!
Le burger comment vous dire ! Le pain est tendre un peu trop de graine de sésames dessus ! Petit soucis avec ça est que le caissier qui était aussi un cuisinier ne nous avait pas mentionné cela , & je trouve que c'est dangereux parce qu'il ya des gens allergiques aux graines de sésames & je sais pas si ils ont d'autre type de pain !BOOON LE BURGER on est sur une portion très généreuse ! Si vous avez faim & vous voulez mangez pour votre argent & même avoir des restes CRUSTY'S est pour vous !

Food doesn't look nothing like pictures hamburger patties are paper thin & burnt service was horrible couldn't understand me & even when I spoke French they barely knew what I was saying. On top of all that it costed extra to put cheese on a poutine why call it a poutine if I need to add cheese when the order already costed 65$. Was excited to try this restaurant looked really good on the website but was very disappointed when I went to go eat it, literally worse food I've had McDonald's taste better & it's cheaper.
