Wanted to share honest feedback to support other customers. I ordered praline & cheesecake but got chocolate & praline. They kindly offered to add the correct flavor on top, & I went with what I had to avoid the hassle - though a fresh one would've been nice.

The ice cream itself fell a bit short for the price. The strawberry tasted like frozen strawberries, & the chocolate was quite bitter with no chunks or texture. Wishing them the best!

The Pistachio is wonderfully rich & creamy, the Stracciatella has the perfect crunch of fine chocolate pieces, & the Dark Chocolate is intensely flavorful without being too sweet.

You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, & the seasonal flavors are always worth trying. With its welcoming atmosphere & authentic Italian inspiration, it's an easy place to come back to whenever you're craving exceptional gelato.

Cela fait 4 ans que nous retournons à cette crèmerie, car nous aimons leurs produits (surtout les sundaes), ceci dit une autre variable est constante : la qualité médiocre du service à la clientèle. Les employés changent, mais l'attitude demeure : désintéressés, voir bête avec les clients. Nous avons toujours l'impression de déranger. Absolument jamais souriant… Il semble y avoir un manque d'encadrement ou de formation. C'est assez marquant.

I went there around 10pm, so they didn't have many flavours available. Still, the strawberry ice cream felt very natural & smooth. I'd go back to try other flavours :)

Phenomenal flavours. Definitely one of the most unique ice cream shops around with very, very creative flavours that surprisingly work so well together! Doesn't matter if its chocolate & barely, or cream cheese & haskap, you're in for a treat.

The star of the show however, is the soft serve. No doubt about it. I suggest getting the marble (vanilla & strawberry), it is out of this world.

Shout out to the personnel, extremely friendly & patient.

Overall great food, & even a greater vibe.
