Crazy Falafel is described as a casual Lebanese fast food spot with authentic falafel that is crispy, flavorful, and made with care, and a simple menu that still covers standout items like the saroukh sandwich, falafel wraps, and burgers. The portions are generous and the prices are consistently cited as affordable, making it a popular choice for students and quick meals. Service is repeatedly praised as friendly and efficient, with staff noted for warm welcomes and helpful attitudes, and the place is described as clean with a welcoming atmosphere. While the overall sentiment is strongly positive, a few reviews point to occasional inconsistencies such as bread texture in a sandwich or the frying oil, but these are rare compared to the praise. Overall, Crazy Falafel comes across as a dependable, tasty, value for money option that delivers solid quality and quick service.
The food was amazing & the service was just as great! I'm someone who pays attention to small details, & I did notice that the wall behind the grill could use a bit of cleaning. I was initially going to eat at Abu Elias next door, which was packed, but I chose this place because it seemed more calm-& I'm glad I did. They really took care of me, & the food was easily a 9.5 out of 10. Everything was grilled to perfection!

Employés souriant & sympathique La nourriture est excellente Grosse portion J'ai demandé si je pouvais acheter seulement un ou 2 falafel juste pour goûter, il mes à donner La place est propre Rien à dire de mal
After going twice so far, I would keep this spot on my weekly going to places for delicious food. They have a big variety of Lebanese style sandwiches & burgers. Prices are convenient & slightly cheaper than similar restaurants. (Don't forget to ask for an extra small cup of garlic 🤤)
