Cuisine excellente, mets raffinés & quantité correcte. Service hors pair. Ces aspects vaudraient une évaluation 5* ... mais: il y trop grande densité des tables. Environnement bruyant, trop près des voisins. Malheureusement ils sont victimes de leur succès. Mais ceci était un samedi soir; est-ce ainsi les autres soirs? Alors, si votre intérêt est la bonne bouffe, allez-y! Mais vous recherchez une soirée romantique dans un environnement calme, il vous faudra considérer d'autres options, dont ne pas y aller en période de pointe.

Nous sommes allés deux soirs de suite car nous aimons bien ce resto. Gros hit pour le jarret d'agneau & le canard confit. Les moules au bleu étaient réussies mais pas toutes bonnes & auraient pu être mieux nettoyées. La bavette goûtait trop le brulé à mon goût mais la cuisson était correcte. Bon rapport qualité prix, avec quelques améliorations possibles.

Très bon service, le personnel est courtois, Félicitations Nicolas. Nous avons pris la bisque de homard, sous recommandation de Nicolas, elle était excellente. L'entrée & le plat étaient également excellent.
