En somme : correct, sans plus. Gravlax excellent. Le reste des plats un peu fades. Pas mal toutes les assiettes étaient froides (table de 12 personnes). Viandes trop cuites & secs, comme si c'était resté longtemps dans le passe-plat. Crème brûlée qui se rapproche de la texture d'un flan, pas lisse comme ça devrait. Sûrement super bon selon certaines personnes, mais au moins vous serez avisés sur ces points.

The entire meal was spectacular. Had the soup & it was amazing. My wife & I both had the duck with pear & maple sauce & we both found it to be one of the best meals we have had in a long time. We had the sorbet & brownie desserts (separately) & we both found them to be excellent.
