Impossible d'avoir la table souhaitée pour des raisons invraisemblables alors que celle-ci était encore disponible 2 heures après notre arrivée & que nous quittions. Le problème était dans l'attitude à notre arrivée & à notre départ lors de nos échanges. Dommage car nous aimions bien votre restaurant.
J'ai bien aimé l'entrée de boudin noir sur le chutney de pommes & oignons. Le potage duo, théoriquement composé d'une part de poivrons rouges grillés & d'autre part de courgettes & céleri-rave avait un arrière goût très désagréable & malheureusement couvrait le goût des ingrédients de base qui auraient pu être délicieux. Le plat principal de pétoncles poêlés laissait vraiment à désirer: pétoncles surcuits, donc très durs. Les légumes grillés en accompagnement étaient pour la plupart calcinés, donc non identifiables & évidemment sans goût. Je comprend les difficultés actuelles en restauration, mais je trouve ça dommage que la qualité de la nourriture soit négligée, car ça reste l'essentiel de l'expérience.
