Worse service ever ever b , will review just the minimum or else its two page review, : asked for water 3 times never got it! B4 we paid & asked the check & guess WATER , never came with water just machine to pay LOL . If you can't get the water service just imagine the rest .

I have been going to this restaurant for many years as it's close to my home. The restaurant has changed names a few times & owners several times. Throughout the years, regardless of the change in ownership, the waitresses have always been the same. However, since this last owner has taken over, the waitresses have been quitting one by one, & that makes me question what is going on. I have noticed one of their best waitresses missing these last few times, & today I inquired about her & was told that Amina left. She was the only reason I kept going there (because of her service) as the quality of food has gone down. The coffee was burnt & old. The potatoes were not edible as the oil did not taste fresh. The waitress that served us does not know the meaning of the word smile. & the young man standing at the door......no clue what his job is apart from looking clueless. One By One The Waitresses have left, & that was really the only thing keeping me going there. Now that Amina is no longer working there, I say goodbye to Coco frutti.

Serveur très souriant mais ça ne fait pas de lui un bon serveur. C'est devenu vraiment difficile d'être bien servi à ce resto. La bouffe est toujours excellente.

Les oeufs Bénédictes & crêpes sont excellents, mais le service est autre chose. 5 min pour nettoyer une table & mettre des napperons, sans ustensiles (ils nous ont été amenés par la suite) alors que ce n'était pas achalandé. Les bancs avaient des miettes de pain qu'on a dû nettoyer par nous-mêmes & j'ai dû demander 3 fois pour avoir des verres d'eau.
L'atmosphère aurait pu être mieux avec de la musique en trame de fond. On n'entendait que les conversations des gens autour.
Point important, le terminal au niveau pourboire n'a pas été mis à jour avec la nouvelle réglementation en vigueur. Le 15% par exemple, est calculé après taxes & non avant taxe. Il faudrait pallier à cela rapidement.

Avant, il y avait de très bonnes serveuses, Joyeuses, souriantes, professionnelles, aimant la clientèle.

Depuis 2 mois beaucoup de misère à ouvrir a 5.30 souvent il faut attendre jusqu a 6.00 & plus avant de pouvoir entrer. pourtant les repas sont bon
