Franchement, je suis extrêmement déçue. Le service était très lent : j'ai attendu plus de 30 minutes avant d'être servie. En plus, les serveuses ne sont vraiment pas agréables, il n'y a absolument aucun sens du service à la clientèle ce qui est Graaveeeeee surtout le matin pour prendre un brunch ..
J'ai commandé des gaufres & on m'a apporté des crêpes… ce qui est inacceptable. C'est déjà la troisième fois que je viens, & malheureusement, l'expérience est toujours aussi mauvaise voire pire !!!
L'accueil est tellement désagréable qu'on a l'impression d'entrer dans une prison.😵?💫😵?💫Honnêtement, tout est à revoir : le service est nul, & le comportement du personnel l'est encore plus.
En plus de ça, j'ai laissé un pourboire, mais la serveuse ne voulait même pas me rendre ma monnaie. Elle a pris un pourboire sans mon accord, comme si c'était normal. C'est vraiment inacceptable & ce n'est pas mérité ce pourboire

Food was good at a fair price. It goes downhill from here. The employee at the reception was unwelcoming & miserable. Our table & booth were super dirty. My fork had peanut butter from previous costumer. They were understaffed so it took took for ever. I would not go back

Terrible ! Tout simplement terrible. Mon plat à l'envers dans la boîte. Mon smoothie couvert avec une napkin ! Un smoothie au napkin ?!?!? Une image vaut 1000 mots !
Worse service ever ever b , will review just the minimum or else its two page review, : asked for water 3 times never got it! B4 we paid & asked the check & guess WATER , never came with water just machine to pay LOL . If you can't get the water service just imagine the rest .

I have been going to this restaurant for many years as it's close to my home. The restaurant has changed names a few times & owners several times. Throughout the years, regardless of the change in ownership, the waitresses have always been the same. However, since this last owner has taken over, the waitresses have been quitting one by one, & that makes me question what is going on. I have noticed one of their best waitresses missing these last few times, & today I inquired about her & was told that Amina left. She was the only reason I kept going there (because of her service) as the quality of food has gone down. The coffee was burnt & old. The potatoes were not edible as the oil did not taste fresh. The waitress that served us does not know the meaning of the word smile. & the young man standing at the door......no clue what his job is apart from looking clueless. One By One The Waitresses have left, & that was really the only thing keeping me going there. Now that Amina is no longer working there, I say goodbye to Coco frutti.
