Depuis quelque temps je trouvais que les rôties étaient raides. Je croyais que c'était peut être à cause de la sorte de pain. Mais ce matin j' ai vu pourquoi, les rôties sont faites à l' avance & placées dans un plat de Stainless sous une lumière à réchaud. Donc quand tu reçois ton assiette les rôties sont faites depuis 15-20 minutes au moins. Admettons que c' est pas la meilleure des idées.
