Had some time off work this week & wanted to try something new. Very glad I chose this place, had a very welcoming team explain ti me all the sandwich choices & help me make up my mind. The sandwich was very good, great bread!
Came here for a hot chocolate with my niece. Service is friendly & pretty quick. We planned to dine in but the owner or manager was loudly cursing on the phone next to the tables. It made both me & my niece very uncomfortable so we got out pretty quickly. I don't think I would come back especially with children. Definitely not a family friendly place.

Love the music & vibes. Cozy place to get my espresso fix, specialty pistachio lattes & tiramisu, great pastries, I feel very welcomed here even just ordering a couple of coffees to stay here & study. Great classic espresso flavour great if you're tired of the third wave cofffee flavours
I really like this place & I'm a regular customer, but the customer service was disappointing this time. This happened on thursday night. Even though they don't offer table service, the server came to bring my sandwich, so asking for a straw shouldn't have been an issue. She was chatting with a friend (not a coworker) & they both kind of mocked the request, saying they'don't do that.' I found it unnecessary & unprofessional, especially considering I had already left a tip. Very disappointed
Rana makes the best coffees ever !!! She's super warm & makes sure you have a great experience when you leave. I'll be back soon for another chitchat :)

J'ai été ravi de ma visite !
Excellent café servi dans une magnifique tasse. Un sandwich au salam fantastique. Le pain était frais, avec une croûte croustillante. Le salam était frais & copieux. Ce sandwich était un peu épicé à mon goût, mais cela n'a en rien gâché mon expérience.
Je le recommande vivement & j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Le latte avoine-pistache est tout simplement délicieux.
Le sandwich, excellent & de très bonne qualité !
Ce petit café rétro à l'italienne est un incontournable : le décor est superbe, & le service au top.
Bref, un lieu coup de coeur : à très vite ! 🇮🇹💫
Une deuxième visite est bien la preuve que j'ai aimé la première !
Deuxième emplacement de cette enseigne qui avait ouvert dans le Vieux-Montréal & le plus important, c'est qu'ils ont appris à gérer le'rush' du midi. & sur McGill, le midi, c'est intense.
Le local est très beau, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, mélange de brun & d'orange des années 70s. Ce qu'on gagne en style, on le perd en efficacité, le local est probablement déjà trop petit pour la demande avec entrée/sortie où il y a confusion dans les directions où la file d'attente s'entasse.
Néanmoins, l'équipe en cuisine se débrouille très bien avec le volume de commandes le midi malgré la lenteur de la nouvelle fille à la caisse qui s'entraîne pendant le rush hour.
Excellents sandwichs, le pain frais fait toute la différence, la qualité & recherche d'ingrédients uniques & savoureux est notable, on a misé avec succès sur le meilleur de l'Italie.
Ma première visite, j'ai opté pour le porchetta: style plus viande froide tranchée que la version tournée de flanc de porc aux herbes, les ingrédients sont venus sauvés le tout. Sur ma deuxième visite, la Capo m'a vraiment conquis & persuadé d'explorer les autres options car ça ne sera ma dernière visite (jusqu'à ce que les files deviennent intolérables, mais on leur souhaite).
Fortement recommandé (mais n'en parlez pas à vos amis, il y a déjà assez de monde, on garde ça secret). 🤫
My girlfriend & I are always on the lookout for new & delicious places to eat, & Ciccio's on McGill College Ave had come up a few times in conversation. We finally had the chance to stop by, & wow - it did not disappoint. The sandwiches are fantastic, with flavors that complement each other perfectly. Everything tastes fresh, & the portions are generous, making it excellent value for money.
In a city filled with endless dining options, it's rare for us to return to the same place more than once, but Ciccio's has definitely earned a repeat visit. The staff were friendly & welcoming, & the service was impressively fast, even during a busy lunchtime.
Overall, Ciccio's delivers on quality, flavor, & efficiency. Between the fresh, delicious sandwiches, attentive service, & great value, it's quickly become a spot we'll happily return to whenever we're in the area.
Great place & atmosphere, but I've been twice & both times I was sick just a few hours after eating there. Either the staff aren't practicing good hygiene or they may have certain cheap ingredients in their food.
