Hier , jeudi le 11 juin vers 15h30
La personne qui a pris ma commande était beaucoup trop occupée à regarder les gens qui entraient plutôt qu'à s'occuper de moi. J'avais demandé 4 cornets éclatés, mais je n'en ai reçu que 2. Lorsque j'ai fait remarquer l'erreur, on m'a répondu que ce n'était pas indiqué sur la facture. L'employée qui avait pris ma commande m'a même dit que je ne le lui avais jamais demandé.
Elle a ensuite ajouté : « Je peux vous les facturer. » J'ai répondu que ce n'était pas nécessaire, mais les deux employées se sont regardées comme si l'erreur venait de moi. Aucun mot d'excuse, aucune reconnaissance de leur erreur.
Une expérience décevante & un service à la clientèle qui laisse à désirer.

Jai pris un sorbet a framboise (végétalien) tremper dans caramel fleur de sel ,d'habitude jamais je trempe & juste un sorbet sa de?pend les quel le goût trop prononcé, cette la trop parfait je vous la recommande :)
