I've been to chocolats Favoris many times in the past, good quality ice cream & chocolate, only problem I haven't been in months so today we decided to go, wow did the prices go up. I know everything went up but for a small & medium cone it cost me 19$😡, it's really not worth the price & the size of the cones have shrank also. I should have stopped at Costco great quality also but no chocolate but good quality & would have cost me 8$ for two XL cones. I don't think I will be returning because of the price.

C'est d'une saleté impossible. Je n'en reviens juste pas de la part d'une bannière comme CF & située dans un beau quartier... T'sais quand ton enfant te dit 'c'est dégueu ! Je ne reviens pas ici!' mettons que c'est clair...

Nous sommes allés le vendredi 3 avril en soirée & on nous a servi une crème molle fondante qui coulait à chaque bouchée. La qualité n'est pas comme avant. Cela semble être un problème récurrent malheureusement. La machine pour celle à l'érable était aussi brisée. Les employés auraient dû nous en informer avant que l'on passe notre commande.

Jais adoré le service que on ma offert ! !! Rien à dir enbience super & service agréable. le personnel est très sympathique & compressible😌 je suis aller pour ma fête & je ne regrette pas. je recommande avec succès!!!!
