⭐? 1/5 - Very disappointing experience

I ordered a poutine with smoked meat & a smash burger, & unfortunately, the food was really bad.

The fries tasted old, & I noticed they were cooked again. They also had a bad smell, so I couldn't eat them. The smoked meat was cold & didn't taste or smell fresh either. I didn't even eat one bite of the poutine.

I spoke to one of the workers, who told me he was also the owner, & explained the problem. I asked for a refund because I couldn't eat the food, but instead of handling the situation professionally, he argued with me & said he would only refund half because of the fries.

The smash burger was also very disappointing & not good at all.

I paid for food that I couldn't eat, & the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. I definitely won't be coming back & I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

C'était ma première fois & malheureusement près de 10 minutes après avoir commandé, le steack haché a été mis à la plaque & les patates aux friteuses. Je n'ai mangé de burger mais les clients qui en ont pris se demandaient tous pourquoi les boulettes n'étaient pas en mode cuisson. C'est piurquoi j'en parle.
On dirait qu'elles n'étaient pas prête pour servir. Ou c'est un grand manque d'expérience.
C'est plate parce que j'ai vraiment bien aimé la poutine all-dress avec sauce cajun mais le service a été lent

Wow sérieux j'ai mieux mangé & pour moins cher au Valentine à côté. Frite mal cuites , pogné des dur. Pour le prix le format de poutine c petit.

Bon service & frais. La poutine reste cependant une belle opportunité d'amélioration: la sauce & les frites sont bonnes, mais pourraient être meilleures. Le burger étais excellent.

Rien etais vraiment bon tres ordiniraire & super chere pour rien les smash son tlm mince cest sec au point que la viande est croustillante la poutine la sauce est pas bonne & les frite son molle
