A fantastic ice cream cake!
It's fruity with vanilla cheese flavor & the taste is very balanced. Fruity, fresh & not too sweet.
The staff customized a great look of the cake for our birthday cake.
It's a wonderful birthday cake!

We find the taste is even better than the one we had before from DQ.

We went to this ice cream shop about a week ago. Debated writing this review, but honestly was treated super rudely & hygiene was zero.
I ordered a strawberry milkshake that didn't taste like strawberry, just milk.
I debated going back & just asking for a small cone, lesser value, or asking them to remake it.
The person I asked was so rude. Told me they don't do return or exchanges…told me he basically wasn't in the business to know what all clients like & it's too bad that I wasn't enjoying it.
Finally another employee came by after they debated it in front of me. She poured what was in my cup back into their machine again…unhygienic & added strawberry syrup, it was just bubbly strawberry milk at that point.
How cheap not to remake it or give me something else.
I will never go back. Terrible service.

[fr]Je suis allé chez loulou à soir & il y avait une employée d'un certain age, assez bête avec les clients, qui gueulait après un client timide juste parce qu'il s'était trompé de crème à glace. C'était pas trop cool & elle a kill le vibe. Vraiment pas faite pour être à la caisse ou au service à la clientèle. Mais ça reste chez loulou donc 4 étoiles.
