Service courtois, professionnel, très agréable. Excellente cuisine réconfortante. J'ai enlevé des points à l'ambiance simplement parce que c'est, encore une fois, un lieu très bruyant. Une telle cuisine avec un tel service mériterait une ambiance plus feutrée, dans laquelle les convives pourraient discuter agréablement. Ceci-dit, la faute nous en revient en partie puisque c'était un samedi soir.

La carte du menu est variée & délicieuse. Nous avons bien aimé notre expérience . La température du resto était un peu froide, les gens à ma table s'en plaignait. Il serait intéressant d'afficher le menu enfant sur le web. Décor magnifique. Je le recommande pour tous les types de sorties autant familiales ,amicales qu'en couple.

Food was OK, nothing extraordinary but good enough. Portions (in particular, the fries) could be improved. Service was not at all welcoming. We made reservations but as soon as we got in, we were told to keep in mind that we needed to leave the table after 2-2.5 hours, as there was other booking. The place was quite empty when we arrived & not full by the time we left. The waiter was pushy, we didn't have time to properly look at the menu because he was passing by every few minutes to check if we were ready to order. Interrupting our conversation every time, & pushing for appetizers while we decided on what to order. I had not finished putting my fork down when he was grabbing our plates, then came back with the dessert menu & once we declined, the bills came while we were still finishing our drinks. We made the point of staying a bit longer after paying but we could see that they were constantly looking at our table. The restaurant itself is the typical Dix-30 local, glass walls & mirrors everywhere, nothing special in terms of decor/vibe, large bar area, tables quite cramped & close to the next one. Although it got noisy when tables start to get busy, it was still not too bad to keep a conversation going. Parking is only for 2 hours, I was a bit surprised to see this (at Dix-30). Parking was quite full as there are a bunch of restaurants next to each other. You could also use the hotel's garage & apparently Chez Lionel covers it after 3 hours.

Très déçue de notre repas ce soir....les calmars frits en entrée étaient perdus sous une couche pâteuse de choux les rendant mous & non croustillants.... quant au risotto, il était sans goût & dans une sauce liquide non crémeuse....je n'y retournerai pas de sitôt

L'ambiance était animée en ce début de décembre. Le service était excellent - serveuse sympathique, efficace & professionnelle. Par contre, nous avons été déçus de nos plats. Nous avions pris le tartare de boeuf. Le tout était insipide & sans saveur.
