We had a reservation that had to be scheduled after normal dinner hour because it was fully booked before. We got to the restaurant & it wasn't full, cancellation do happen. We waited a long time at the reception waiting for the hostess. While waiting, noticed a bucket with a mop at the reception counter in plain sight. A waiter at some point said somebody would be with us shortly. We waited a while longer to finally have somebody ask if we were welcome. He noticed our discontent & immediately asked if we had a good day. Once seated, noticed the light were low, rendering half of the table lit up & the other half in darkness. Had to use flashlight on our phone to read the menu. The server had what seemed too many tables & was struggling to get it all served, making the service long & tedious. The server was very friendly throughout the night. Food was amazing, no complaints on the quality of the food. Server tried her best but forgot our coffee order at the end & had to be reminded so we could pay & leave. The biggest complaint I will say is multiple times over the course of the time we spent at the restaurant, a bartender kept going up on the counter of the bar to get bottles of wine from the upper set up at the bar. His shoes on the counter, tip toeing & at full arms length trying to keep balance. No ladders were used when quite frankly this was dangerous & unprofessional for this type of restaurant. People would look at the bartender every time in shock. Could not see if he actually would clean the counter afterwards but we did noticed from even the distance we were at, different cleaning product bottle in plain sight near the middle of the bar area which should be out of sight to customers. Sad because the food was really tasty, no complaints there... but the service & atmosphere needs to be improved & perfected.

Malheureusement, serveuse a offert un service froid (duquel on pourrait s'attendre dans un Mike's ou Cage aux sports). Surtout pour un 24 dec. celui-ci aurait dû être d'un niveau pas mal supérieur, a la hauteur des plats & de l'établissement.

La nourriture & l'ambiance étaient sans reproche. Par contre, le service manquait de rapidité mais pouvait être lié au manque de personnel du 24 décembre.
Cocktails délicieux, entrée de pétoncles très ordinaire ressemblant à du surgelé, repas morue bon, crème brûlée excellente!! Superbe ambiance. Reste tout de même sur mon appétit

Nous avons passé une tres belle soirée. Notre serveur, Isham, était très sympathique, il connaissait bien les plats & vins pour nous conseiller, & savait quand venir à la table toujours au bon moment sans qu on le sente trop present.
Le repas etait excellent, sauf le brownies qui était très sec.
On reviendra!
Musique trop forte qui incite les clients à parler très fort. Bien que le service soit excellent, ainsi que la nourriture, je ne pense pas y retourner avec un client. Impossible d'avoir une discussion posée.
La musique était un peu trop forte, difficulté à s'entendre parler entre convives. La sauce des raviolis était un p'tit peu trop salé. La portion de la
morue était trop petite. Aurais préféré avoir des croûtons de pain au lieu des chips maison servi avec le steak tartare.
