Allez à la belle province si vous avez le choix !!

À éviter - service client déplorable

Après une commande d'environ 45 $, nous avons simplement demandé une poutine avec la sauce & le fromage à part, afin de pouvoir la partager (intolérance aux produits laitiers & enfants).

La cuisinière/propriétaire a refusé catégoriquement, de manière arrogante, sous prétexte que leur prix « n'inclut pas » ce type de demande. Même en proposant de payer un surplus pour des contenants, refus total.

Ayant moi-même travaillé dans un casse-croûte, je sais très bien que cette demande est simple & tout à fait raisonnable : mettre la sauce dans un contenant & le fromage dans un autre, ce n'est pas demander la lune.

La commis semblait d'ailleurs mal à l'aise face à l'attitude de sa supérieure.

L'excuse du'rush' ne tient pas non plus : il n'y avait pratiquement personne (2 tables occupées), & la propriétaire avait amplement le temps de venir argumenter au comptoir… pour éviter de fournir un contenant à 0,50 $.

Conclusion : mauvais service, attitude désagréable & aucun souci de la clientèle. Allez ailleurs.
