With a sister restaurant in New Delhi and another in New York, DEVI receives rave reviews about their unique and sumptuous menu. Chef Dillip prepares a variety of succulent dishes from his tandoor oven and with a large vegetarian menu to go along with their marinated meats and fish, there is truly something for everyone. The lamb Vindaloo or tempting chicken tikka are the current favourites and simply must be paired with the assorted bread basket. DEVI boasts a wonderful selection of affordable wines and with their free pour bar so you are certain to get a quality drink. Whether you are inside enjoying the magnificent décor and friendly service or are outside on the terrace enjoying the excitement of Crescent Street, DEVI makes a perfect place to start your evening. Our Catering Services include corporate luncheons, elegant cocktail parties, buffets with interactive stations, intimate and formal dinner parties, as well as festive outdoor events with a portable tandoori oven.
Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm.
If you’re planning a cocktail reception, a wedding celebration or just dinner for twenty, dévi offers a delightfully exotic dining experience for any occasion, large or small.

In addition to our downstairs bar and dining area, we have a roomy and elegant dining space that can seat up to 70 people. And if you don’t want to leave home, we can bring dévi to you!

Food was good. Asked to make it spicy & they did. The noodles felt a little undercooked/cold but taste was great. Chole bhature taste was good but bhature was ok.

J'ai appelé le restaurant afin de réserver une table pour moi & quatre de mes collègues à 15h. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, le restaurant était fermé & il n'y avait personne à l'intérieur. Après quelques minutes, j'ai finalement réussi à trouver quelqu'un & je lui ai demandé pourquoi le restaurant était fermé alors que j'avais une réservation pour cinq personnes.

On m'a répondu qu'ils ne savaient pas qui avait répondu au téléphone, mais que le restaurant était toujours fermé entre 15h & 16h30. Nous avons donc été contraints de chercher un autre endroit à la dernière minute.

J'ai été vraiment déçue de vivre une telle expérience. Malgré cela, j'espère pouvoir revenir une autre fois afin de profiter de leurs bons plats. Merci.

We went with a group & everyone loved their dinner. It was a limited menu when we were there because of the Grand Prix but everyone found something they wanted & each dish was throughly enjoyed! Would definitely visit again.

The dishes we ordered were just okay, but honestly, the food at the next table looked much prettier & more stylish. I also wasn't really a fan of the drinks. Since I'm not a big fan of the thin Indian-style rice, We ordered naan instead - but it wasn't included with the meal, so you have to pay extra for it.

Everytime I go for a nice visit at the MBAM I can't wait to go down Crescent afterwards to have a great plate of Indian food at Chez Devi, I live 1 1/2h from Montréal so I don't go that often but it never disappoint.

C'est un vraiment bon restaurant indien. Un des meilleurs resto indiens que vous pouvez trouver aux centre-ville de Montréal. La nourriture est vraiment parfait. Un de mes plats préférés était le Chicken curry traditionnelle. Vraiment recommandé de aller manger là bas. 4/5 étoiles

Très belle expérience dans ce restaurant ! Les plats étaient ultra bons, bien présentés & vraiment savoureux. Le service était excellent du début à la fin. Un grand merci à Lina, notre serveuse, qui a été parfaite : souriante, professionnelle, attentive & très agréable. On s'est senti bien accueillis & bien servis. Je recommande fortement, 5 étoiles largement méritées !
